On The Go Automotive Group provides mobile automotive repair, maintenance, diagnostic, inspection, and related vehicle services. Services are performed at the customer's requested location when that location is reasonably safe, accessible, and suitable for the work being performed.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue work when conditions are unsafe or when the requested repair cannot reasonably be completed as a mobile service.
-
Before work is performed, customers may receive an estimate describing the proposed services and anticipated charges.
Additional problems may be discovered during diagnosis or repair. When additional work or charges require customer approval, authorization will be requested before that additional work is performed.
-
Diagnostic fees compensate On The Go Automotive Group for the time, equipment, knowledge, and testing involved in determining the likely cause of a vehicle problem.
Payment of a diagnostic fee does not guarantee that every underlying or subsequently discovered vehicle problem can be identified during the initial diagnostic appointment.
Repair recommendations are based on the information and vehicle condition available at the time of inspection.
-
By approving an estimate or otherwise authorizing service, the customer represents that they are the vehicle owner or have permission from the owner to authorize repairs.
The customer authorizes On The Go Automotive Group to operate, test, inspect, or move the vehicle when reasonably necessary to diagnose, verify, or complete authorized services.
-
The customer is responsible for providing a safe and reasonably accessible location in which services can be performed.
We may refuse or reschedule service due to unsafe traffic conditions, severe weather, inadequate working space, unstable ground, restricted property access, or other conditions that make performing the work unsafe or impractical.
-
Item descrParts used during service may include new, remanufactured, rebuilt, or other replacement parts as identified or agreed upon during the estimate or authorization process.
If a customer requests installation of a customer-supplied part, On The Go Automotive Group may decline to install it.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing, we do not warrant customer-supplied parts themselves. Any labor warranty applicable to their installation should be stated on the applicable estimate or invoice.iption
-
Item descriptionPayment is due according to the terms shown on the customer's estimate, work order, invoice, or other service documentation.
The customer is responsible for approved labor, parts, diagnostic charges, service-call charges, taxes, and other authorized charges applicable to the service.
-
Customers should notify us as soon as possible if an appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled.
Any cancellation, trip, service-call, or other applicable fee will be disclosed to the customer before it is charged.em description
-
Any estimated completion time is an estimate rather than a guarantee unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.
Completion may be affected by parts availability, weather, vehicle condition, additional problems discovered during service, access to the vehicle, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. description
-
Any warranty provided for a particular repair, part, or service will be identified in the applicable estimate, invoice, or other written service documentation.
Florida's written-estimate requirements include disclosure of what, if anything, is guaranteed in connection with repair work and the applicable time and mileage period.
Manufacturer or supplier warranties on parts may be subject to separate terms established by the manufacturer or supplier.
-
Vehicles may have pre-existing mechanical, electrical, cosmetic, structural, or other conditions unrelated to the service requested.
On The Go Automotive Group is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or unrelated failures merely because they become apparent during or after service.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
-
Item descriptionCustomers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle and contact information, disclosing known problems that may affect the service, providing reasonable access to the vehicle, and promptly communicating regarding repair authorization.
-
When reasonably necessary for diagnosis or verification of a repair, the customer authorizes On The Go Automotive Group to operate or road-test the vehicle.
